ORDERS

Search or browse our items, until you find the one for you. Watch the Photos of the item for details, read the Description and the Good to Know details on the item’s page.

Select your size or, if the product is a custom-made one, make sure you measure yourself and provide us with all the size details we require to design your very own item. Make sure you measure yourself the right way – watch our How to measure Guide video.

Add the item to your shopping bag; once you finish adding every item that you want to purchase from our website, proceed to checkout. Here, you will review your order, enter your shipping details, and select a payment method. After finalizing the payment process, you will receive a confirmation for your order by email.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your purchase online, with a Visa/Visa Electron or a Mastercard credit/debit card; every payment on our website is processed via MobilPay, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. You can also pay for your purchase in cash, upon delivery – such payments are available exclusively for delivery addresses located in Romania, and they are processed by our courier partner, Fan Courier.

SHIPPING

Delivery times for orders depend on the stocks. If the item you purchased is in stock, it will take us between 3 to 5 days to deliver the item. If an item is not in stock, or if an item is custom made, please keep in mind that it will take us between 5 to 7 days to create it. Thus, delivery will take 10 days after receiving your order.

We deliver our items locally, in Romania, and anywhere in the European Union, through our courier services partner, Fan Courier. If your delivery address is in Romania, shipping costs are free of charge. Otherwise, shipping costs amount to 35 Euro, and they will be automatically added to your purchase value, at checkout.

If your order cannot be delivered, the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, in no more than 7 days. You can only reschedule once – afterwards, your package will return to our showroom.

RETURNS

If you want to return the items you’ve purchased from our website, you have the right do so within 14 days from the day of delivery receipt. You can notify us of your intent by email, at hello@abraham.studio. Keep in mind that the return will be accepted only if the items are sent without any sign of damage, in (or accompanied by) their original packaging, and with their original labels on.

If you return an item, you will be refunded for your purchase no later than 14 days from the day on which you have notified us of your intent to return the item. No refund will be taken into consideration if you do not comply with our return policy, if the item is damaged in any manner or to any degree, or if the item is not returned in (or accompanied by) its original packaging and labels.

We do not cover return shipment fees – these fees will be at your cost. The address for the return shipment is: 160 Splaiul Unirii, 2nd floor, 040496 Bucharest, Romania.
